I hope it’s okay that I read and reviewed The Mysterious Benedict Society. 5MB doesn’t have a review for it, but Carrie did review its sequel here. It was the collected enthusiasm of ALL the reviews I read (including Carrie’s exuberance over the sequel) that encouraged me to read it. Here’s the link—>

Off course that’s ok, Amy! =)
As for what *I* read this month – I read Journey to the Well which was suggested and reviewed by Melissa. Here is the link to that:

I read Rooftops of Tehran. I know it’s coming up as the next book club selection, so I plan to post about it then. Thanks for recommending it, Jennifer!
Hi. First time commenter here! Love your blog!
I read Rooftops of Tehran (loved it) and Sarah’s Key (loved it). Both are the kind of book you just can’t put down! My TBR list has grown tremendously since I began visiting your blog about two months or so ago. Thank you! And thanks for getting me hooked on finding/taking the time to read again. I feel like I am back with a long lost friend when I take some me time to sit and read!
I used your site to pick a book for my first book club venture, The Middle Place. I wasn’t too sure how it would go over but the ladies still rave about it. I am going to suggest The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society on Thursday.
